Creative Statement
I’ve been a part time photographer for 45 years, while making my living in many other fields. The camera has been a part of my life in all of those experiences and I finally reached a point when I decided it was the most important, so here I am.
I am always shooting, looking for the right moment to bring home , especially images that convey mood, a sense of place. juxtaposition and contrast. I am no painter, but I think of my work as painting with light.
